Coulwood Candle Company does not offer returns.

Exchanges

Exchanges/replacements are granted if products are damaged or defective. Damaged and defective products should be documented with either photo or video evidence and emailed to customerservice@coulwoodcandleco.com within 14 days of receiving products in order to receive an exchange.  Failure to provide documentation can result in the exchange being denied. Exchanges are for the same product ONLY, no modifications.

If products are defective, documentation is required. Photos and/or videos are required to be emailed, no exceptions.
